Crafted with precision and designed for the modern explorer, this compact marvel boasts ample space for a couple or small family. With a cozy sleeping area and fully-equipped kitchenette, our trailer makes it easy for you to camp without all the preparation! Technicalities: Sleeping spaces - Queen bed (sleeps 2) and dinette (sleeps 1 adult or two young children) Towing -we do all the work! You tell us where to take it and it will be there, to any of the paid campgrounds in the Wells, Barkerville or Bowron Lake areas. Campsites - it is your responsibility to book the campsite. We can make suggestions of the campgrounds in the area but we take no responsibility for making the reservation. Pets - we can discuss; pets are negotiable! Smoking - no smoking in or within 5 meters of the trailer. Gear - camper is fully equipped with all linens/bedding, kitchen supplies, water and one 20lb propane tank. We can chat about replenishing if you’ve booked for more than a few days.

The next adventure you take awaits! Fully loaded home on wheels! We just put a new Flatscreen in the trailer along with upgraded LED lighting. Camping in here is a breeze with all the storage space and panty! It is fully maintained, and cleaned immaculately. Our trailer will meet all your needs this summer. (Preferred) Please make sure to book a full hook up site for use of our trailer. Other inquiries can be discussed. Enjoy the following for beds: 🛏️ Full-sized queen mattress in a private bedroom - Sleeps 2 🛏️🛏️ 2 double-sized bunks (plug in on the bottom one) - Sleeps 2 (under 18) 🛋️ Couch can sleep 1 shorter person We are asking that the table not be used as a bed, the table can be stiff to put down and we do not want any damaged caused. The couch when put down kids commonly want to jump on it so we are asking that you please respect the furniture in the trailer. We love our trailer and we don’t want massive groups of people sleeping in it. Which is why we set the sleeping arrangements to 5 max. (Preferred for Family Use) We ask that there is only one person on the top bunk (1 youth) and 1 person on the bottom bunk teenager/light adult on the bottom is fine or 2 young children on the bottom. You will be in a fully air-conditioned unit. Full-sized bathroom with separate door access, large fridge, and stove/oven! All you need to bring is clothes, food, and bedding/linens! Note: We will have toilet paper in the trailer for you but if you run out you need to make sure you use septic safe toilet paper that you use in the trailer. This RV is loaded with all kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and much more on request. I will provide you images of what is provided (if the listing photos aren’t updated), anything else can be provided on request. Do not book our trailer if you want to pick up and drop off our trailer yourself, my husband would prefer he drives it to and from where it goes. We will not proceed with any reservations for pick-up we only deliver.

Great unit at 28 feet its just the perfect size. Unit has a onboard generator great for producing power for air-conditioner and all the essentials. Unit has 2 tvs great for rainy days or to keep the kids busy. Unit has a nice private bedroom, the couch fold down and can sleep 1 person table can also fold down and sleep 2 kids there a queen bed above the cab that can sleep 2 adults. Comes with camping chairs and roasting sticks comes with small outside portable butane stove does not include butane * This unit is smoke free and does not allow pets. * PICK UP TIME is 3 30 pm or later and drop off is by noon unless otherwise agreed upon. * This unit is full of gas and propane prior to being rented unit is to be filled back to the original gas and propane before return. Only choose pre payment add on if it will not be filled back up before return. *Please return rv clean inside and out 100dollar fee for unit brought back in dirty condition

Microwave, 3 burner stove and oven. Come equipped with evening you need for for a get away or seasonal stay. Tons of storage with a closet in the bedroom, cabinets above and lower cubbies. Cieling to floor storage cabinet to use for linens and / or a pantry. Storage under dining table benches, loads of kitchen cabinets, storage in rear room and 2 outside storage spaces. This trailer is 17 years old, updated flooring, seating and paint. It does however show its age in some spots. It does have scuffs and scrapes. Appliances available for a cost include an 11 in 1 pressure cooker/ air fryer and / or a food processor. Included is a bullet mixer, coffee grinder, electric and stovetop water kettle. All pots and dishes included. Can supply all linens for beds required. Duvet and other blankets available upon request.
