Experience driving and parking trailers is necessary. Towing vehicle must have 7 pin connector/brake controller. We also offer delivery to campsites including setup with a fee. The TV & DVD player come in handy if the rain comes or the kids want to watch a something during breakfast or downtime. The outdoor shower is great when you need to rinse the sand & sun off your feet, the kids & the dog. The bar fridge is accessible from outside making it super handy for storing cold beverages for everyone to enjoy. Hot water & furnace run on propane while the fridge & freezer and 30amp air conditioner are electrical only. The trailer has 2 - 20lb propane tanks on board for plenty of cooking & heat supply. Cook & BBQ all you want outside as there is a propane line for the BBQ. Electric canopy folds out to shade from sun or protect from the rain with plenty of space to relax underneath. Awning also has a removable screen for additional shade. Outdoor blue LED lights will set the stage for your starry outdoor nights by the bonfire. It is 2022, purchased new, teardrop shaped single axle towable camper. It is 17 ft in length, has a twin bed, refrigerator, air conditioner, microwave, 2 burner propane stove. The settee area seats 4 comfortably and can fold down for a sleeping area for two people. There is a full across storage area at the back lower part of the camper. It comes with a toilet and shower and also an outside shower. We are an older couple (in our 60's) and found this camper to be very comfortable and easy to move around.

Our 21 foot lightweight trailer comes well equipped with a kitchen sink, microwave, fridge and freezer, propane stovetop and oven, furnace and air conditioning! The single slide houses the spacious dining area which folds into a sleeping area with ease. At the rear of the trailer is a 3 piece bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. To the right of the queen size bed there is a laundry chute; place a laundry basket in the passthrough cargo area below and drop dirty laundry out of the way at bedtime! A TV on a swivel mount can be viewed by either the dining area or the queen bed, and is connected to an installed dvd player. Plenty of storage space through out the trailer makes getting vacation gear out of the way a breeze.
