Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or pets. WILL ONLY DELIVER. Will completely set up trailer, and explain all the trailers features when the trailer is dropped off. There is 3 single beds, and a pullout couch, which is a double, in the bunk room. The table turns into double, and the pullout couch is a double, in the main part of the trailer.The master bedroom has a queen. If trailer isn’t hooked up directly to sewer, and water, I am available to come and dump the septic, and fill water tank if the sewer gets full, or the water becomes empty. There will be a charge, the charge will be based on how far the trailer is. I’m pretty flexible for times on the weekends.
