We offer all the amenities including linens, cookware, utensils and a K-cup coffee maker with coffee, creamer and sugar to make your mornings a little more convenient. There is even a folding grille table with a gas grille and 6 camping chairs to complete your campsite setup. You can tow this unit yourself with almost any standard pickup truck, or we can deliver and set it up for you depending on our availability. Either way, all you need to bring are your clothes, food and the kids. For the benefit of those who will rent the unit after you that may be offended by stale smoke or allergic to pet dander there is a strict NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy. There are comfort throw pillows added to each bed for your convenience, these aren’t sleeping pillows, please bring your own for your comfort and sanitary purposes. The kitchen is fully stocked including single serving coffee maker (uses k-cups or ground coffee) and a double wide toaster. There is no use of the awning, due to caution of mishandling and possible damage, please bring a pop-up tent or screen house. Please NO pet’s NO smoking! It’s a family friendly camper. There will be an additional fee starting at $100 if such is suspected.
