Bed linens, towels, cookware, dinnerware for 4 and outdoor reclining chairs for 4 are all included with your experience. For those rainy days, not to worry, we have you covered! This RV is not for off-roading or boondocking!! It is front wheel drive and ONLY intended to be rented to park at a campground or relative’s house. It has shore power connections to hook up the campground electricity. Generator and Shower are for EMERGENCY USE ONLY. Air conditioning to keep you cool during the summer and propane heat to keep you comfy during the fall. Please keep in mind the milage restrictions when planning your trip and let me know if there is anything extra you may need prior to departure. Plenty of private parking for a personal vehicle if you are planning on picking up the RV. This brand-new Thor Motor Coach Sequence 20L is fully equipped for a fantastic New England journey. We offer all the amenities including linens, cookware, utensils and a K-cup coffee maker with coffee, creamer and sugar to make your mornings a little more convenient. There is even a folding grille table with a gas grille and 6 camping chairs to complete your campsite setup. You can tow this unit yourself with almost any standard pickup truck, or we can deliver and set it up for you depending on our availability. Either way, all you need to bring are your clothes, food and the kids. For the benefit of those who will rent the unit after you that may be offended by stale smoke or allergic to pet dander there is a strict NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy. The beds are covered with fresh fitted linens, please bring your own sleeping bag or sheets for the beds. There are comfort throw pillows added to each bed for your convenience, these aren’t sleeping pillows, please bring your own for your comfort and sanitary purposes. The kitchen is fully stocked including single serving coffee maker (uses k-cups or ground coffee) and a double wide toaster. There is no use of the awning, due to caution of mishandling and possible damage, please bring a pop-up tent or screen house. Please NO pet’s NO smoking! It’s a family friendly camper. There will be an additional fee starting at $100 if such is suspected. You will also receive 2 rolls of RV toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, large fresh water bottle, paper napkins, 1 dish towel, dish cloth and sponge, dish soap and hand soap, outdoor rug, 2 oversized outdoor chairs and an outdoor folding table.. and more.
