The dining table comfortably seats 4 people and can also be converted to a bed if the need arises. An outdoor kitchen makes those evenings outside all the much better so you can watch the kids or watch the sunset as you prepare your meals. It includes a 2 burner stove and a small refrigerator with extra cabinet space and counters with a sink. The large electric awning will give you protection from the sun or rain. The living room area has two comfortable recliners with heat and massage for you to relax while watching the fireplace that puts out heat if wanted. Watch TV on the 40” flatscreen or watch a movie with the built-in DVD player before retiring to the master bedroom or the bunkhouse where there are two bunks and a pullout couch that is perfect for your kids. Both the master bedroom and the bunkhouse have their own doors for added privacy. Did your kids get dirty at the beach or the lake? The outside heated shower is perfect to rinse them off before they come inside. You can beat the heat with two A/C units to cool the camper down quickly (50 amp electric service is required to run both at the same time). Are the nights a little chilly? Warm up with the heater that is ducted to all rooms or turn up the fire place for a quick warmup. Your temporary home is ready for you and there is no need to bring all those extras from home. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, silverware, all the utensils you will need to create your delicious meals and even a coffee pot so you can enjoy fresh brewed coffee with your breakfast. If the van is returned with a full toilet tank, you will be charged a fee of $150. The van will have a full tank of gas. On return, we ask that you please return the vehicle with a full tank.
