My husband and I love to go out and enjoy the outdoors with our kids and we wanted to give others the opportunity without the hassle and cost of ownership. We’re sending out our RV with a pot and pan, some cooking utensils, dishes, cups, coffee cups, coffee pot, microwave, four camping chairs, camping rug, two flashlights, linen, small table, and small refrigerator. The only thing we’re going to charge as an add on is a generator if you request it. So let us know what you need and we’ll send it out with the camper. Welcome to our serenity. We'd love for you, your family and friends (rides 4, sleeps 5) to have that experience too! Ms. Betsy has been recently renovated with all new furniture, leather, flooring, kitchen/bathroom/ shower upgrades, and more! We've spent thousands in quality of life and leisure upgrades! If you're familiar with operating an RV or have very minimal experience, we'll do our best to accommodate you! This RV would be PERFECT for the following parties: 1. 1-3 singles 2. 1-2 couples 3. 1 single/1 couple, up to 2-3 children Rides 4 (seatbelts), sleeps 5 (1 Queen bedroom, 1 pullout couch, 1 twin framed air mattress) This RV would NOT be a great fit for the following parties: 1. Groups of 6 or larger (only 4 seat belts) 2. Groups requiring more than three beds (only 2 queens, 1 full) 3. No Pets at this time Propane, water, dumping, silverware and cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, toilet paper, garbage bags, cleaning products, dish/hand soaps, Keureg, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oils/spray, foil, plastic wrap, and more... - all included! If we are delivering to an event and are delayed for longer than 1/2hr from the time we arrive. A Fee of $50 for every half hour will be charged at the end of the rental period. If there are no delays for dropping off or picking up, no fees will be added.

Under the dinette, under the bed, pantry, wardrobe, kitchen cupboards - storage everywhere! AIR-CONDITIONING: Air conditioner is over queen size bed. Needs electrical hookup.
