Our family bunkhouse trailer is ready for your family’s enjoyment! Delivery available to any of the wonderful parks around Chilliwack. The comfy bedroom in the front features a queen bed with access from both sides so you can get up without disturbing your loved one. For the kids, a dedicated bedroom in the back features 4 single bunkbeds and plenty of storage. The dinette and couch also convert to beds to accommodate up to 9 people. In between, the main living area expands with a slide out. Enjoy a roomy kitchen, u-shaped dinette, and sofa. Plenty of room to cook and serve pancakes or a delicious dinner. The full RV bathroom has a shower and small tub. An outdoor shower offers additional convenience. There is a stereo, TV, and some games for your entertainment needs. You are going camping, so Get Outdoors! Pull up a camp chair (included) to a roaring fire and roast marshmallows. The electric canopy rolls out at the touch of a button which gives you outdoor covered living area rain or shine over the all weather outdoor carpet. Listen to music on the outside speakers. Plenty of room inside for your own bedding, clothing, food and beverages. There is also generous storage for your own toys and equipment under the trailer and on the tilt out cargo deck. This trailer has lots of room. It is set up to make your camping trip fun! Serviced and Unserviced Sites: For maximum amenities including A/C, 110v power for microwave, toaster etc and unlimited water and sewer book a full service campsite. If you decide off grid living is more your style this trailer comes with batteries, solar, a 1500W generator, and a portable sanidump tank which allows longer stays at unserviced sites. Off grid or “boondocking” always requires conservation of utilities and forgoing some of the conveniences so plan accordingly. More Technical Stuff You Should Know: This 28 ft Quad Bunk Cherokee Limited by Forest River was build in 2014. GVWR 4529 KG/9985 LB The trailer weighs about 4500 LB before you load it up. This is a larger bumper pull trailer that comes with its own heavy duty hitch, sway bars, and sway control brake system. We provide training on how to hook up and tow the trailer. Renter needs an appropriate sized truck with 2” sq hitch receiver, brake controller and seven pin connector for lights. Alternatively we can deliver the trailer to your campsite if needed. There are two 30 lb propane tanks, water and sewer hoses, electrical and extension cord and adapters for different types of power service. We provide RV TP, various other niceties, and some basic cleaning supplies. We will onboard water on request for unserviced sites. Great Location: This RV is conveniently located close to Hwy #1 Exit 116 in Chilliwack. From this base you can enjoy excellent camping. Provincial Parks within a 30-45 min drive include Chilliwack Lake, Cultus Lake, Sasquatch Provincial Park, Kilby, Rolly Lake, Silver Skaget, Emery, and Manning Park. For the convenience of full hookups, check out one of the many private or government campgrounds in the Chilliwack, Cultus Lake, Harrison Hot Springs and Hope areas. We are happy to suggest good camping spots as we’ve lived in Chilliwack for years and are active RV enthusiasts. All renters must clean the RV before returning it. The built in cleaning fee covers pre-trip inspection, consumables, and our general efforts to keep the RV clean and is not a maid service.
