Good renters to rent from. However RV is getting a little tired. Granted it is now a 12yr old unit and wear and tear is expected for a unit of that age. A/C worked great fridge worked great, and it towed smoothly.

We rented this camping trailer for a three-night stay at a campground. The pickup process was straightforward. During the initial inspection, we noted a few scratches on the exterior and some broken window blinds. Other than that, the trailer was clean and appeared to be in good condition. The return process was flexible and went smoothly, as agreed. After arriving at the campground, we discovered that the hot water was not working. When I contacted the owner, I was informed that a leak had previously been identified in the hot water line and that the hot water valve had been shut off. This information was not disclosed before pickup. Since access to hot water was one of the main reasons we chose to rent a trailer, it would have been helpful to know this in advance. We also experienced several power-related issues. Although the battery monitor indicated a full charge after running the generator, the battery would lose power within a short period. On the first night, after turning off the generator at the required time, a low-battery alarm began sounding around 3:00 a.m. and continued until the battery was completely depleted, disrupting our sleep. On the second night, we followed the campground’s generator schedule and minimized power usage. However, after washing dishes, the battery lost power again, and we were unable to recharge it because generator use was restricted outside the permitted hours. The refrigerator did not cool food adequately, and the freezer was unable to keep items frozen, requiring us to purchase ice during our stay. By the third night, we limited activities such as washing dishes and showering to the hours when the generator could be operated in an effort to preserve enough battery power for lighting overnight. The trailer was clean, and communication with the owner was responsive. However, the lack of hot water and the ongoing battery and refrigerator issues significantly affected our overall experience. Addressing these maintenance concerns and communicating known issues before the rental would help improve future guests’ stays.
