Our accommodating camper is like a modern little apartment on wheels. All the amenities you need while staying in a clean, comfy, and stylish package. Double-sized bunks, queen, and single dining area bed for a compact open concept sleeping arrangement that can be closed off for privacy. Propane oven/range for the days when you don’t want to cook on the outdoor bbq. Options for inside and outside enjoyment, include music, outdoor shower, and fridge, storage compartments inside and out. Perfect for a little getaway! Great for 5 adults, or double up some kiddos in the bunks, lots of room for 7! This is your perfect glamping RV for the family. *Must bring your own linens and pillows unless arranged with the owner.* *Some extra fees do apply depending on your camping needs. Extras can be found in the add-ons section.* We have some excellent add-ons such as; outdoor propane fire pit, propane BBQ, etc. Outdoor Lounge Package Included in Rental: Outdoor lounge chairs, outdoor carpet/rug, & folding table. We require to deliver the camper, and full service for electric and sewer must be shown prior to confirmation. There is a full-service package available where we deliver, set up, tear down, empty the storage tanks and refill propane as per extra in the add-ons section. *Strict Covid Protocols: After each and every rental, every surface is wiped with medical-grade sanitizing cleaner, and every dish is thoroughly washed and sanitized. Safety/Damage Protocols: The RV is inspected for any safety/damage issues before and after each rental and will be inspected with the renter and owner as a part of the setup and take-down service. RV Comes With: All kitchen supplies including cooking utensils, cookware, cups, plates, pans, pots, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, etc. *Must bring all your own food.* Basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper & hand soap may be included, if available. *You may need to buy extra if you run out or have the RV for extended periods of time.* **Must only use RV biodegradable Toilet Paper.* Games, cards, DVDs may be included. Misc. camping essentials: BBQ lighter, wine opener, ice try, etc. may be included RULES: No smoking/vaping inside the RV. No pets are allowed due to owner allergies. ONLY use RV biodegradable toilet paper, please do not use excessive toilet paper as this will cause a blockage in the black tank. Last Day Rental Requirements: *Prior to pickup.* Please ensure all dishes are washed, stowed away, and counters are clean. Please ensure all trash is removed and properly disposed of. Please ensure all recycling items are properly bagged and/or removed. Please report any/all damages to the RV or equipment. Please report any/all broken or missing kitchen equipment. Please ensure the camping site is clean and all garbage disposed of. Please ensure all personal items have been removed from in or around the RV. Damages: Any RV damages will be extra cost with a 20% mark-up. Any items missing/taken/damaged will be extra cost with a 20% mark-up. Renters are responsible for any damages to the RV and/or any missing equipment. Damages will be taken from the deposit, if any extra cost over the deposit, renters are responsible for all damages. Extreme messes will result in additional cleaning fees will be taken from the deposit. ($80.00) Please treat our RV the way you would treat any AirBnB and clean up after yourselves. Delivery, Trailer Setup, Tear Down and Sani-dump fees are in the add-on section. This RV will only be delivered to full-service campgrounds. This RV will not be delivered or towed on any forestry roads or gravel washboard roads. Appropriate camping spots are required.
