    We had a wonderful camping trip using this trailer. The trailer had everything we needed from kitchen utensils, pots/pans, to linens and blankets. It was very clean and matches the photos. Delivery was smooth and the hosts were friendly, responsive and answered any question we had within few minutes. We were dry camping and relying on the battery which had a glitch but the hosts insisted that they come by to our camp site and replace the battery with a brand new one. So If you’re looking for top customer service then this is trailer is a perfect choice.

    Overall, we had a great camping trip and really enjoyed having the trailer. It was light, easy to tow, and we appreciated having it delivered to us. The biggest issue was the refrigerator. It was listed as Electric/Propane, but did not operate on propane. Since we were camping without hookups, I had to borrow a generator and run it daily to keep the fridge cold. There was also some pre-existing damage. The broken stovetop cover was acknowledged by the host at delivery, and we discovered a broken awning cap the first time we opened the awning at our campsite. The host believes the awning damage occurred during our rental, while we are confident it did not. As a first-time renter, my biggest takeaway is to **take the pickup inspection seriously**. Walk around the trailer with the host, open the awning, test the equipment and take your own photos before leaving. I certainly will next time. Despite the issues, we genuinely enjoyed the trailer and had a wonderful camping trip.

    The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and thoughtful throughout our trip. The RV was very clean and well maintained, and it came with everything we needed for a comfortable camping experience. We really appreciated how well prepared and fully equipped it was. Highly recommend this host and RV, and we would definitely rent from them again!
