Welcome to the Cozy Cove Hideout! Sit back, relax and enjoy your next adventure with our beautiful 30 ft 2022 travel trailer. We are so excited to welcome you to your new home away from home (on wheels) ! This trailer comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a gas oven and range, microwave and an 8 cu ft fridge with freezer. The camper comes stocked for 8 people including utensils, plates, coffee mugs and cups. Cookware, pots and pans are also included. Our unit comes with AC and furnace to ensure that no matter the weather, you're in comfort! With full hook up, you can stay cozy inside and enjoy the colour changing gas fireplace and with personal hotspot wi-fi or your data you can stream netflix or other platforms that you have. You are welcome to enjoy the games that we have, such as chess, cards, ladder ball, etc. There is a bluetooth connected indoor/outdoor sound bar. This unit sleeps 8 people maximum. Renters with little campers will love the bunk beds! The folding couch easily transforms into an extra bed and the dining table converts into a bed as well if needed. The queen bed is in a small room with lots of storage and sliding doors for privacy. Our trailer is designed for all you needs and comes with two 30 pound propane tanks, a 60 gallon freshwater tank, a 40 gallon gray water tank and a 38 gallon black waste water tank. If you are at a site with full hook-up , you'll be able to enjoy the fireplace and all electrical outlets to make coffee, charge phones, etc. No hookup? No problem - you can rent out generator for an additional fee. We are here to help you have the best experience possible. Please reach out with any questions! PLEASE READ: 1) We hope that you will respect our trailer and treat it as your own home 2) It is the renters responsibility to make sure the site booked will accommodate the size (30ft) 4) Late fee of $100 per hour will apply to any late pick-ups or drop-offs 5) Cleaning fee of $200 will be charged from the damage deposit if the trailer is returned to us a mess. 6) Dumping fee of $60 if tanks are not emptied. 7) We are happy to drop off and fully set up this trailer for you - you must be present on site for both delivery and pick-up. 8) We do not deliver to the USA or Vancouver Island 9) Absolutely no smoking of ANY kind allowed in the trailer 10) Well behaved pets are welcomed 11) Bring your own BEDDING (pillows and linnens are NOT PROVIDED) 12) RV Friendly Toilet paper will be provided (DO NOT flush regular toilet paper or anything else).
