Good communication.

Had a little hiccup on the pickup, host was in communication and went out of his way to help. Van Worked out well engine ran great no issues.

Jordan was very communicative throughout the entire process, and a pleasure to book with ! We were impressed by his skills in building the van himself, and enjoyed learning about some of the technical aspects. Quite the undertaking ! Jordan also went out of his way to deliver and pickup the van from our home, which was so helpful to us. The van is well equipped and nicely designed- even includes a cool little coffee kit. The bed was comfortable especially with the extra foam layer that can be added or removed depending on your preference. Lance also handles very well- the steering and brakes were solid. The only concerns we encountered were with the battery, it did "die" on us a couple times. The first time, it was our fault as we ran the overhead vent fan all night without knowing it would drain the car battery. Jordan talked us thru some tricks involving engaging the secondary solar battery and we got the van running again. The 2nd time, we jumped the battery and that worked. Also be aware that Lance will be slow-going up hills- Fine for leisurely vacationing, but if you're someone who gets impatient then this can be an issue for you. Overall we enjoyed Lance - he served us well!
