Rental Inclusions: - Toaster, single serve Keurig and limited number of K-Cups - Paper cups, plastic cups, paper plates and plastic utensils - Pots, pans, knives, mixing bowls, strainer, cooking utensils and dish drying rack - Garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towel - Salt, pepper, sweetener and stir sticks - Broom with dust pan and Swiffer Power Mop - Dish soap, hand soap and cleaning products - Bedding, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths, if add-on is selected ** - Portable BBQ, if add-on selected (must provide your own propane) ** - TV with stand and DVD player, if add-on selected ** - Outdoor mat - Hydro cords (up to 125 ft) - Water fill hose RV Specifications: - RV King bed and a convertible dinette (45x73”) to sleep another 2, if needed - Extra large U-shaped dinette with panoramic windows - Bedside inverter - 12 V 10 cubic ft fridge and freezer - 3 burner stove - Luxury kitchen with 2 in 1 microwave and air fryer - Indoor and outdoor shower - LED interior and exterior lights - Wheel chocks - 200 Watt Solar Panel to camp off grid (will not run A/C, 110 volt plugs or microwave) - Dual axle, power jack and 4 stabilizer jacks - Power awning - On demand hot water and propane furnace - Upgraded heavy duty steps - 10 lb propane tank included Important Information: - No smoking or vaping inside the trailer (if any evidence is found, a $500 fee will apply) - Trailer must be left clean and in the same condition as when it is delivered/picked up (if not, a minimum fee of $100 or more will apply depending on the amount of cleaning or repairs required) - If you are picking up the trailer please return it with water tanks and septic empty (if septic has not been emptied, a fee of $200 will apply - if you plan to return the septic full, you can pre-pay this fee by selecting the add-on now) - If the trailer is being delivered, please select the Convenience Package add-on (this fee covers filling the water tank prior to delivery and emptying the septic tank at the end of your reservation) ** Please note that if you are camping somewhere where no septic dump is available, you must select the $200 septic prepayment option instead - If the trailer is being delivered, please be mindful of your water consumption as it will need to last for the duration of your trip (if requested, we can return to your site if we are available to re-fill the water and empty the septic for an extra fee of $125 plus additional for travel depending on the rental location)
