We invite you to rent our stunning 2024 Grand River 22MB Bunkhouse RV Trailer!
Ideal for your next family getaway, this spacious trailer comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. It's a perfect choice for small families, including those with pets (please provide proof of flea and tick treatment before trailer pickup).
This travel trailer is equipped with everything you need for a delightful camping experience with your loved ones. Enjoy the power awning with lights, outdoor speakers, propane furnace, overhead A/C, a queen Murphy bed, and double bunk beds. Additional features include a 2-burner stovetop, microwave, and a large-capacity fridge with freezer, with propane included and a fresh water capacity of 23 gallons.
For enhanced stability, the trailer features four stabilizers and comes with a 2-inch 5/16 hitch assembly. A city water hose line is provided for easy connection to campground water.
Fully furnished and equipped, this trailer includes kitchen cookware, Tupperware, utensils, and dishware for your convenience. You'll also find a toaster, coffee maker, kitchen spices, bath towels, washcloths, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner available for complimentary use.
For entertainment, a TV is included, which can connect to Wi-Fi at campsites, allowing you to enjoy streaming apps like Netflix, Disney, and Amazon Prime with your own subscriptions.
Please note that this is a non-smoking unit. Guests are responsible for dumping the black and grey tanks (waste) before returning the trailer; otherwise, a $150 charge will apply.
A walk-through inspection and demonstration of the travel trailer will be conducted at pickup for quality assurance, followed by a final inspection upon return. Please allow an additional 20 minutes for completing the necessary RV departure and return forms.

Awesome experience and would highly recommend. Very professional, he was on time, I have absolutely zero complaints.
Really great hosts. Easy to get a hold of and great communication. I really enjoyed some of the extra touches like fresh linens to use, coffee and tea, and bathroom amenities including shampoo and conditioner.
RV was clean, basically only used to sleep.
