We rented this RV less than a week ago for 10 days. What a disappointment it was on multiple levels. The owner’s house is where you pick up the RV and he gives you a quick orientation. I videoed the orientation so to do exactly what he said. With that, the RV looked presentable but definitely neglected with wall scratches, table sways and not stable, seat cushions stained, floor filthy and mildewed. Sheets and towels cleaned and bed was comfortable. The kitchen was not supplied with no serving dishes, trash can, peeler, only 2 coffee cups for RV that sleeps 6, etc. Dishes are cheap plastic that are scratched or worn. Refrigerator dirty with old food in drawer and food in freezer. There was obviously no cleaning done before us. We immediately went to Costco to shop and it began to rain. As we are putting groceries away, the ceiling started leaking from the pullout. This was brought to Danny’s attention who was surprised but offered no help. My husband went in the rain to check it out and found the awning over the bump-out was missing, but brackets were there. Photos take of all of this. Danny blamed everything on the previous renter. We had this happen twice and Danny never responded after the initial time. The other huge issue was there is NO HEAT in the cab! We drove over 1000 miles with varying temperatures 30 degrees to 80’s. I had to use a blanket over me and my husband took a coat to cover his legs. It was miserable! Danny again offered no response. Also, the a/c does not work properly at the dashboard which again shows the neglect of this RV. After returning the RV, I fill out the post rental form which Danny denies it all. RVezy has removed it from the website. What does that show you about Danny or the RVezy company?
