Excellent! From the initial contact our experience with Katie, and The Pony Express is absolutely perfect. We had prompt and clear communication. The Pony Express (RV), was delivered earlier than planned, super clean, with everything we needed, or asked for included. They set up and hooked up everything. Then, very clearly explained the details of using the RV. Over the coarse of 4 days we had just a few questions and concerns. Which Katie replied to almost immediately. It is a beautiful and well equipped trailer. Looks and feels like it is new. Perfect for us, 3 adults on this camping trip to a local music event. We look forward to contacting Katie and staying in The Pony Express again. Highly recommended!

This RV was perfect for our family weekend. We had it delivered to my brothers house so we could have our whole family over … and my family got to sleep in the cozy clean peace and quiet of the RV (not on my brothers pull out couch!) Scott was the perfect host. He delivered on time, was helpful with a quick ‘how to use’ tour and just super friendly. I’d rent again for sure!

Renting with Richard couldn’t have gone better! We were taking a trip to Tahoe national Forest and a place that we had never been, to meet up with family. With taking two small children and our dog on their first camping trip together we knew we wanted to get an RV to have some of the comforts of home and have someone deliver an RV with more driving experience. Richard not only dropped it off and set it up to the site for us, he also picked it up when we were ready to leave. Our camping trip went so much better having the RV and the kids loved staying in the bunkbeds! Thank you so much again Richard we had an AMAZING time!!!

The trailer was very comfortable and suited our needs. Richard was very accommodating and flexible with delivery and pickup. The trailer was clean and he set it up and explained various things to us. He was open to any questions. The trailer was returned to him as clean as it was when delivered. I recommend using his trailer.

My husband and I recently sold our toy hauler, and we are considering getting another one, but we wanted to try out different brands before we committed to a specific model. The layout of this toy hauler was perfect, we love the slide since it made it feel really big and roomy. Everything worked on the trailer and Ross provided a carpet for the indoors and outdoors, although we used our own because we had our dog. We would definitely rent again. The king size bed is a rare find. If you’re going to someplace like the beach, where we went, the balcony is a must have, I only took a couple of photos in the toy hauler but you can see how the balcony adds to the floor plan. The second photo is our dog on his giant bed, which also fit nicely in the trailer.
