Henry was so courteous . He delivered the RV to our door. We covered the details for every operational and maintenance items required for the safe operation and for a fabulous vacation. Their Rv had every convenience we needed and plenty of room for Items we brought along. Once in our campsites, set up was a breeze thanks for Henry’s very detailed explanation on how things operated. Once we returned Henry was at our door promptly. We thoroughly checked out the RV to Henry’s satisfaction, then he was on his way. So amazing to deal with. Thanks for sharing your beautiful RV .

The host family was wonderful, very detailed and warming :) We really like the RV and enjoyed our camping trip with family. I will consider this host for future trips.

This was our first time to hire a camper van. The Camper ticked more boxes than we imagined. Comfortable vehicle to live in. Ibraheem was responsive and provided support as required. Our camping experience was most memorable. We will hire again.

JOHN was fantastic! I know that’s how most reviews start, but it’s true… :-) Went to five different camp areas and had no problem manoeuvring this vehicle anywhere whatsoever :-) it was amazing. Easy set up, easy cleanup, including the black water and gray water… Don’t worry, easy Peezy… Don’t think about it just do it. By the way, we did not go to the United States. We stayed 10 days in Canada… which is the way it should be :-)

We are a family of Brazilians on holiday for the second time in Canada, where our youngest daughter resides with her husband and newborn son. Our experience with Ernst & Jen's RV rental was the best ever. Starting with the ease of use of the RVezy app, through the welcome and communication with Ernst and Jen's reception at the RV handover and finally culminating with the journey in the wonderful RV they rented us. Everything was more than perfect, no problems, everything worked marvellously well! We'd like to do it again and hope we can count on the availability of this same RV on occasion.
