Great RV with everything needed for a great trip.
We were first-time Sprinter van renters, and Jonathan and Allison made the entire experience easy and stress-free. They were incredibly responsive in their communication, and Jonathan’s detailed intro video was both comprehensive and extremely helpful. Thanks to them, we had a fantastic trip to Everglades National Park. We would absolutely rent from them again!
We had a beautiful trip with the RV from Matt. If there was a problem, we could always reach him and the RV is brand-new.

Outstanding Rig once we understood most of the bells and whistles of Thor. Our grandkids love it, we loved it and felt like proud owners even though it is a rental. KY helped so much with EVERYTHING.

Words do not do it justice.Firstly, the RV is amazing, suspension mods, upgraded lithium, big fuel tank, there is no place this RV can't go.Its been a dream of mine to drive an Ekko and this one exceeds all of my dreams.The rig is clean, new, and just awesome.While the appearance is big, it's easy to drive, all the Mercedes safety features work.I want one now.As far as the owner, he is awesome, super accommodating and explains everything as many times as you need.A++ Will rent again and again.
Kevin was very responsive, nice and helpful, but we did have several maintenance issues with the RV.
