Heather was an excellent host with great communication, very flexible, and incredibly easy to deal with. They gave us a thorough walkthrough at pickup so we felt confident using everything. Jonathan and his family were wonderful- they showed us everything we needed to know in order to hook-up and run the RV, and they were available throughout the trip in case questions came up. The RV itself was spotless, well maintained, and well stocked (dishes, towels, coffee maker, etc).
