Enjoy a fully equipped, easy-to-drive, boon docking and park anywhere, but sleeps a small family. Pet friendly with a cat door to the enclosed bathroom and to the outside. There is previous wear and tear from being well-used, but it is sturdy, so you don’t have to worry about the dog scratching the floor. The back has a lot of bounce, so long trips with more than two people are not recommended. All season and insulated so it stays cool in the summer. Comfortable to -5 degrees during the day, -10 at night. Electrical hook-up is optional on sunny days or when there are fewer than three consecutive cloudy days. The driver needs to be 25 or older. Insurance covers 6 driving days. Visit family on the island, but have your own space and your own meals, explore the island (no logging roads please) or attend an event without the need for hookups. You can also easily set up small first-come, serve campsites with this unit, as it has a 20-foot footprint, the same as a Class B, but with space over the cab for extra sleeping space or storage. Touch-coded door lock. Vacuum, wash basins and cleaning supplies. Privacy curtains and blackout window coverings. It has a 2000-watt inverter and a 600-AH solar/engine recharge. Sticking put for a while - plug into a 20 - 30 amp breaker. AC can be used if you have at least a 20 Amp house or 30-amp shore power. The inverter powers a small microwave, coffee pot, and hair dryer, but not all at the same time. You can charge phones and laptops with no problem. Comes with everything you need. If you are camping, there will be an extra tent for extending sleeping space or storing things outside. There is no awning, but we can include a pop-up canopy on request and will customize it to provide you with maximum space for your personal items. Will pick up/drop off at Naniamo Airport, or BC Ferries within 50km ($50 to 150 add-on), or park in Parksville in a safe parking spot. I will meet you at one of the local campgrounds, including beautiful Rathtrevor on the Ocean or Qualicum Falls, for free. Happy to help set up and taking down! Just bring your clothing and pick up some food for the propane fridge/freezer in Parksville. If you want any add-ons, please select the bedding and linens to support the reconfiguration of the RV to your preferred setup. Select what you want in the unit. The unit includes 2 camping chairs but you can get 4 more folding chairs. Free configurations are either standard cushions and dinette OR double mattress OR single mattress and half dinette. The short double mattress shown is too large to move around to use the dinette, but it is the most comfortable sleeping configuration, if that is the priority. No TV available, but you can bring a small TV and bolt it to the TV stand. See the picture. It is tucked away otherwise. Bring your own bolts.
