Please fully read for all information and rules of the RV rental. Lets go on an adventure! At 24 ft, there is enough room to sleep 5 adults comfortably, yet not feel that its to big to drive. Its surprisingly easy to drive. If you're comfortable driving a full sized truck you'll be fine driving this. There is a full kitchen, including a fridge and freezer, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, toaster, sink and dinette table. All plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, cooking utensils, cutting board, pots, pans, stove top kettle, small coffee pot, cork screw/bottle opener, and can opener, are included. The bathroom has a shower with skylight, flushable toilet, and sink. Rv toilet paper, small hair drier, towels, and face clothes are included. There is a queen size bed in the back. A king size bed above the cab in the front and the dinette folds down into a single bed. All linen, pillows, and blankets are included. The RV is equipped with a large awning that will provide some much needed shade for those hot days. Inside you have the option of using the A/C or if it gets cold, use the furnace. There's a safe parking spot in our driveway for your vehicle to be left in. Free of charge. I am located centrally between all air and sea entering points into nanaimo. Departure Bay ferry terminal-7 kms away Duke Point ferry terminal- 15 kms away Hullo ferry terminal- 5kms away YCD nanaimo airport- 12 kms away Pets are welcome with an extra $50 cleaning fee. There are food and water dishes as well as 2 pet blankets that I ask your fur babies to use while inside. Return time is before 3pm. If you require a later return, a late return can be added for $50 and must be returned by 7pm at the latest. All personal items and garbage is to be removed before returning the RV. The sewage/ grey water is to be dumped. Propane and gas needs to be topped with return as well. Surcharge of $25 each will be added for these if it is not complete. ** This vehicle is not to be used for any off road/ logging road trips. This includes trips to the San Josef Bay area. There will be a $500 non compliance penalty fee for taking it to this area. ** Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside please. Any smoking inside will result in a fee of $300 Please let me know if you are returning guest.
