We provide a truly turn-key camping experience with NO hidden fees and fully inclusive amenities. You only need to bring your personal luggage and food — everything else is already prepared for you. Included Amenities (Everything Is Provided) • Complete kitchen setup: full cookware, frying pans, pots, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, chopsticks, cutlery • Basic cooking condiments, cooking oil, salt, pepper, and essential seasonings Full Vehicle Specifications • Fresh water tank: 166.5 L • Grey wastewater tank: 151.4 L • Black sewage tank: 117.3 L • Propane tank capacity: 41 lbs • Roof solar panel: 200W • Electric exterior awning: 3.96 meters long Kitchen & Propane Stove Note The 3-burner propane stove requires manual ignition: turn the stove knob on, then light the flame with the long-nozzle lighter provided inside the RV. Only the stove and water heater propane mode run on the propane tank. Slowly open the exterior propane valve before cooking, and fully close the valve overnight or after all gas use. If you smell gas, shut off the propane immediately, open all windows, and contact the host right away. Never leave cooking unattended. Water & Waste Tank Operation Rules 1. Two water diverter valves: Use position 1 & 6 to fill fresh water; switch to 3 & 5 Normal mode for daily use, the water hose can stay connected. 2. Drain order requirement: Always empty the black sewage tank first, then the grey wastewater tank — grey water flushes sewer pipes to prevent clogs. 3. Do not pour harsh chemical cleaners into the toilet, sink or shower drains, these will damage the tank piping system. Power System Guidance 1. The 200W roof solar panel supplies free low-power charging during sunny parking hours for lights and basic devices. 2. The onboard gas generator is used for high-power appliances and battery charging when sunlight is limited (cloudy, rainy or shaded areas). Do not start the generator under trees or next to the extended awning due to toxic exhaust fumes. The generator has a daily runtime limit, overtime use will incur extra fees. 3. The vehicle engine alternator automatically charges the house battery only while actively driving. 4. Strictly forbidden: Stationary engine idling to charge batteries while parked. Idling wears down the chassis engine, wastes gasoline and creates dangerous carbon monoxide buildup. If your battery power is low, drive continuously for 1–2 hours or use the generator instead of idling on site. 5. All tanks and the house battery follow a 4-light indicator system: 4 illuminated lights = full; only 1 light lit = low level, needs charging or water refilled quickly. Exterior Awning Important Rules • This RV has a 3.96m electric retractable awning. Only extend or retract the awning when the vehicle is fully parked, engine off, handbrake secured. Fully retract the awning before driving anywhere. • Two plastic protective bearing covers are fitted on the awning frame. Drive slowly on narrow, tree-lined roads to avoid scratches or impact damage from tree branches. Each damaged plastic cover costs 65 CAD for replacement, renters are fully liable for all damage costs. • Do not leave the awning extended during heavy wind, thunderstorms or rain; wind can tear the awning fabric or bend metal frames, all related repair fees are the renter’s responsibility. No heavy items may be hung on the awning. Return Requirements (Standard BC RV Rental Industry Policy) 1. Fuel & Propane: The RV is handed over with a full gasoline tank and full 41 lbs propane tank. Renters must refill both tanks to full before drop-off. Any fuel or propane shortage will be deducted from the security deposit, plus additional service labor fees. 2. Cleaning Standard: Return the RV with the same clean condition as received. Simple regular cleaning is required: remove all trash, wipe kitchen countertops, sweep floors, clear all leftover food residue, clean sinks and shower space. Deep professional cleaning is not mandatory, but excessive mess, food spills, stubborn stains or leftover garbage will trigger extra cleaning charges. 3. Waste tanks: Fully drain both black and grey waste tanks before returning the vehicle. 4. Storage rules: Retract the bedroom slide-out and exterior awning completely; all provided onboard items must be put back to their original storage locations. 5. All personal luggage, clothing, camping gear and leftover food must be removed from the RV at drop-off. Pick-Up & Drop-Off Strict Time Windows • Weekdays (Monday to Friday): Handover hours only between 17:00 – 20:00. No pick-up or drop-off before 17:00 or after 20:00. • Weekends: All pick-up and drop-off must be finished before 13:00, no after-hours handovers on weekends. Full vehicle operation briefings and two-way vehicle inspections take 40–60 minutes for every booking, so early arrival or late return requests cannot be accommodated. Please plan your travel schedule to match the listed time windows. Final Vehicle Inspection Upon return, a full interior and exterior inspection will be completed to check for new scratches, dents, stains, missing accessories or equipment damage caused by misuse. The renter will be charged full repair or replacement costs for any new damage found. ⚠️Late Return Policy The RV must be returned by the agreed return time stated in this Agreement unless prior written approval has been obtained from the Owner. * A courtesy grace period of 30 minutes will be provided. * Returns 30–60 minutes late will incur a CAD $50 late fee. * Returns more than 60 minutes late will incur a CAD $50 late fee plus CAD $35 for each additional hour. * Returns that are 8 hours or more late may be charged one additional full rental day, at the Owner’s discretion. * If the late return causes delays, cancellations, compensation, additional transportation, cleaning, or any other costs related to a subsequent reservation, the Renter agrees to reimburse the Owner for all reasonable resulting losses. * Unauthorized late returns may also be considered a breach of this Rental Agreement ❗Important Notice If you drive the RV to any beach areas, please bring your own portable vacuum cleaner to remove sand inside the vehicle. Excessive sand left throughout the cabin will result in an extra deep cleaning fee.
