Guests may use personal mobile hotspot for internet access. - No standalone GPS device provided, but a high-quality phone navigation mount is installed for your convenience. --- # Full Rental Terms & House Rules (Binding for All Bookings) ## 1. Generator Usage Rule The factory-built onboard generator includes 4 hours of complimentary runtime per calendar day. Overage usage is charged at $15 CAD per hour, calculated strictly by the generator’s factory hour meter. Host records generator hour readings at pick-up and return. All overtime fees are settled on-site. Any damage caused by incorrect operation will be fully covered by the renter. ## 2. Strict Pet Policy & Damage Liability A one-time $100 CAD pet deep-cleaning fee applies to all pet bookings. This fee only covers standard fur removal and surface sanitizing. IT DOES NOT COVER ANY STAINS, URINE CONTAMINATION, OR PHYSICAL DAMAGE. - Maximum 2 small/medium pets allowed (under 25kg). Large dogs are prohibited. - Pets are NOT allowed on beds, mattresses, leather seats, sofas, or any upholstered furniture. - If pets urinate on bedding, cushions, carpet, or mattress due to stress or improper supervision: All contaminated duvets, pillows, and linens will be replaced at the renter’s full cost. If urine penetrates mattress foam and causes persistent odour, a $300 CAD professional deep decontamination fee will be charged. If odour cannot be fully removed, full mattress replacement cost will be deducted. - All claw marks, scratches, rips, bite damage to leather, interior panels, or cabinetry will result in full repair or replacement fees from the security deposit. ## 3. Short-Term & Long-Term Amenity Policy - Bookings under 7 days: All supplies, including disposable toiletries, condiments, full kitchen set, linens, and daily items, are fully provided free of charge. - Bookings over 7 days: Durable items (linens, cookware, vacuum, hair dryer) remain available for free use. Disposable consumables (shampoo, body wash, condiments) will not be refilled during long stays. Guests are responsible for personal disposable supplies. ## 4. Brand-New BBQ Grill Usage Rule The new portable BBQ grill is free for guest use. Guests must fully clean all grease, residue, and burnt carbon after every use. If the grill is returned with heavy caked-on grease requiring professional deep cleaning, a $80 CAD cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Permanent burn damage or misuse damage requires full new replacement compensation. ## 5. Vehicle Return Requirements - Fuel tank must be returned full. - Propane tank must be returned full. - Black water tank and grey water tank must be completely emptied and rinsed before return. ## 6. General Agreement By completing the booking, the renter fully reads, understands, and agrees to all above terms and liability rules. Any violation will result in fee deductions from the security deposit accordingly.
