Jessica was very responsive to all texts and messages. She very thoroughly educated our family on how everything worked in the unit & how to troubleshoot some things as well. She was also very flexible with our drop off of the RV unit time, which we greatly appreciated. I can't say anything bad about our whole experience with the RV and Jessica. We would rent again from her.
