Jessica was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the rental. She kindly arranged for us to pick up the camper directly at our campground at no extra cost, which made the start of our trip very convenient. Before our rental, the rear camera wasn’t working, but it was repaired at the campground just two days later. She also replaced two inadequate blankets promptly after we mentioned the issue. The only downside was that the safety net for the bunk bed was missing, which limited its use with our young children. Overall, we had a very good experience. The Jayco is a bit older, but it was comfortable, reliable, and gave us a wonderful holiday.
