This was our first time spending time in an RV and we loved it! We travelled over 2000km up and down mountain passes, through deserts and even a couple sudden mountain storms with no issues. The RV won't win any luxury contests... or races, but it managed what we asked of it well. We suggest blowing bubbles out the window when travelling up the Crows Nest Pass, it lightens the mood until a passing lane shows up! We found the bed to be comfortable and everything worked well. Jessica was accommodating and easy to communicate with. Overall, renting with Jessica was a wonderful experience!

The RV worked perfectly driving up and down the mountains. Bring your own essentials such as salt/pepper, tea towels, broom etc. Will come in extremely handy especially if you are flying. The beds were OK, typical RV mattresses. The vehicle ran perfectly and surprisingly was not too hard on fuel. Thank you for the rental and wonderful memories.

The RV was old,a hole was at the entrance to the end bedroom. You could not enter the end bedroom on the one side because the Floor was cracked and soft. No generator comes with the RV. It was nice that they delivered and picked up the RV. The awing was dirty and a hole went to the ground outside.

We had an amazing experience camping with Jessica’s trailer! It was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and linens. Everything worked well - couldn’t be happier with our experience!

We really enjoyed working with Jessica. We had a bit of a glitch with the booking and she went out of her way to ensure that everything worked out for us. She was very flexible and had excellent communication with very fast response. I very much appreciate her kindness and hard work. I would absolutely rent from her again.

The RV was very reliable and was a great size for us. Appreciated where the pick up was in the island.

As advertised, roomy RV, very comfortable beds and clean linens. Easy to set up. Kitchen could use a few more items added (forks, sharp knives, a second larger pot to cook in, consider bbq utensils). Overall happy with this rental for our family camping. Pet friendly, which was awesome.

My family enjoyed staying in this hosts trailer. It was perfect and just what we needed (pet friendly too!). I really enjoyed the communication with Jessica and she was incredibly flexible too. I was behind on my arrival time due to traffic. Her husband/driver dropped the RV off at the site before I got there. Jessica stopped by after I got to the campsite because she wanted to show me around and how to use the features. We had a great time and definitely will be looking to book with Jessica in the future.

Communication with Jessica was great, very quick responses. Trailer is showing its age, floor is extremely soft from a past water leak, some cosmetic damage. I wouldn’t call the kitchen fully stocked, as there was limited cooking utensils (and no can opener), so I’d pack extras if you like to cook more than the usual hotdogs and pasta. Overall a good trailer and would rent from Jessica again.

Jessica was fantastic! We booked her RV very last minute due to another host cancellation and she accommodated our request in less than 24 hours. Easy to communicate with and RV was fully stocked. We didn’t use much of the RV as we were at a non service site but it was perfect for our family of 4 for a quiet sleeping space :)

We had a blast in the RV. Took it from Courtney to Tofino and traveled around. Those mountain roads are a bit intimidating but got through without an issue. Jessica is a wonderful host and would recommend her for anyone that is interested in renting an RV.

Jessica was very pleasant and quick to answer our questions/concerns. The queen bed was quite comfortable and having the walkaround is always easier. There could have been more cooking utensils and mixing bowls but she did have pictures of all the things available. We were dry camping for the four nights so did not use any of the electric appliances and we were asked to limit the use on the toilet.

Second time we've rented from Jessica. The communication was super fast as always and when we had battery issues, Jessica and her husband came twice and immediately tried to remedy the situation. The trailer itself was well used but we saw that in the photos and it was reflected in the price. The layout was great so we had 4 kids in the bunk bed room, and one on the couch. I highly recommend renting from Jessica and will continue to use her on our trips back to Canada. There were outdoor mats, brooms and a mop for easy cleaning.

This unit is a 2008 model (15 years old). It is in fair repair & is a reasonably priced model for a family of 4-8. The rear push out bunch is a king, the front bunk is a Queen combined with a single for a broad sleeping platform. The dinette area has plenty of seating.

RV ran excellent. Drove 2700 miles. No problems. All features worked as explained. Very pleased with over all experience.

The RV was almost perfect for our needs!! The outdoor shower is located a bit awkwardly which was about the only downfall. Jessica was absolutely amazing! So quick with communication and was very patient with us through a booking change we required and when there was issues with the campsite we booked when they had arrived for drop off. It was the first time travelling with kids in a RV . Prior to our trip the host was very quick responding to our questions and have us a great introduction using the RV. The host offered two pick-up/drop-off locations what worked very well for our journey. The RV was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and we did not have any issue on our trip.

Jessica was very available, and made the pick-up quick and easy. The trailer was as advertised, even came with a solar panel that kept the battery charged. Generator worked great. Thanks Jessica!

We planned to tow a trailer but the bumper on the RV would not allow use of a hitch unless we had a hitch extension which was a bit of a disapointment but not a deal breaker at all. The trailer was clean and the owners were helpful and on time. I was glad that we brought a lot of our own kitchen supplies as we do a lot of cooking and entertaining when we are camping. Make sure your bring your own grill, foil, and saran wrap and/or containers for leftovers. We couldn't get the oven or radio to work but we didn't bother to ask the owners. The beds were all comfortable and the trailer spacious. We would book with Jessica again!

Older trailer so had loud creaks in floor. Issue with battery power and fridge (no hookups, we were woods camping) Jessica was very responsive to my emails with questions and concerns. She arrived quickly with fully charged battery and instructions on how to reset fridge. Suggestions on what to bring with you, as not in the trailer... potato peeler, zip lock bags, towels, face clothes, additional garbage bags, picnic table covers and weinner / marshmallow sticks for cooking over fire. All things I had to go buy as I assumed would come with unit.

Communication with Jess was excellent, she always gave us the info we needed very quickly. The camper was great for our family of 4. It had all the basics we needed in it. The kitchen was really good: lots of sink space, lots of space in the fridge, and a large stovetop. The shower was super, not cramped, and good water pressure. Also, it’s was bigger than what we had been looking for, but in the end, we appreciated the extra space after deploying the slide-outs. Gas mileage was less, due to the extra weight. The bigger bed in the back was a bit soft for us, as we like really hard beds.

The rental went smoothly and Jessica is always easy to get a hold of and willing to help solve issues. I’d rent from her again.

We had a lovely time In Jessica’s RV, we called her “Madge” We drove to Whistler then onto Kamloops, Banff, The Icefields then Jasper. We drove back from Jasper via Clearwater. We found the van very comfortable, everything works as it should. The engine is very strong. Jessica is superb with her communication, a very helpful and friendly person. We will hire Madge again when we come back and tour Vancouver Island. Thank you Jessica

My husband and I have been camping for about 20 years and always in a tent. This year we decided to rent an RV as our dog is getting older and we wanted him to be more comfortable. We reached out to Jessica and advised her we were first time RV'ers and she was so helpful from then on. Any questions we had were promptly answered, she sent us youtube videos to prep us for our experience. Super helpful even returning to our site when we asked for additional assistance with a generator. Our entire experience was amazing and would recommend her 100%. If you are looking for amazing service and a responsive RV provider, we highly recommend her.

This RV was clean, well equipped in the kitchen, and a good selection of working appliances. Provided great shelter from the west coast rain forest. Many family memories made while vacationing in the Zinger!

Everything worked, unit smelled clean, and the Owners gave a detailed helpful briefing. Remember everything to do with food is on you, down to bringing salt and pepper. When you go to pick it up, what looks like a regular street on the map looks like a private treed lane the first time you drive past in person. .

Jessica’s unit was ver comfortable and well appointed. 2 adults and 2 kids had a great time in tofino. Really appreciated the RV on the rainy days. Easy to drive, easy to set up and comfortable beds. We will book again.

The motorhome served its purpose as we had expected for the 4 days we had it! We missed a couple of small items in the kitchen (flipper, medium sized pot and more tablespoons. We only had one). Everything worked. Hot water heater worked well. Air conditioning/heater worked well. Engine is sound. Clean condition when we picked it up. Fridge/freezer was cold. 2 lawn chairs provided in the van. Cooktop is propane and there is a generator if you want to go off-grid. There is a 50 gallon water tank for off-grid. We were at the campsite for 4 days and it was fully plugged in. Great communication from Jessica. Pickup/drop off went smooth. Van takes regular gasoline and mileage was good for a compact motor home. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and the motor home suited our needs. Thanks Jessica for a smooth vacation in Parksville.

This was our first experience renting a trailer and we were very happy with the whole experience. Jessica is wonderful host. Dropped off the trailer on time and picked up at the said time. We will definitely book again next summer. Our trailer was perfect for our needs and came complete with bedding, towels ,dishes and camp chairs.

We really enjoyed our stay im the motor home. We had it for 17 days and 4 BC parks. We had some small things that could have been improved, we rented linens but got bed linens for 3 people instead of 4, luckily my cousin visited and lent us her sleeping bag. We would've appreciated a bamboo style mat to have outside the door to decrease the dirt drawn into the motor home, or at least a small mop to clean. I guess it is because we rented for longer than most people. All in all we are very satisfied with our rental and would definitely rent from Jessica again. The issues we had, I got very helpful answers almost instantaneously via sms. Just some small additional extras would've made it a perfect 5 star rental. The motorhome was easy to drive, park, and figure out.

The Majestic was a great way for us to get away for the weekend. The RV was clean, comfortable and ready for us to take away as soon as we arrived. Jessica was great to work with and was very helpful when it came to showing me how everything in the RV worked. We would absolutely book Jessica's Majestic again.

We had a wonderful time and Jessica was incredibly helpful. We arrived late on pickup day after missing a ferry and Jessica was so accommodating and responsive to every txt we sent with questions. The RV was clean and ran well and she has stocked it with everything we needed to not have to bring cooking equipment from home. We would absolutely rent from Jessica again.

This was my first RV rental experience and I was very impressed. Jessica was so approachable and was available to answer questions pretty well anytime I contacted her. The RV was fully stocked, even with items I didn’t expect. She had texted me to confirm something and I thought she was the concierge of the hotel we stayed in prior to the RV rental. I suggested the hotel provide pasta forks in their kitchens and Jessica, even though she knew I made an error in thinking I was replying to the hotel, made sure we had a pasta fork! It was the little things that made the experience even better. Jessica warned us that the lock might be a little sticky and sure enough, the key we had broke off in the lock, but Jessica helped us out right away and we were able to get a replacement. I’ll definitely rent from her again and I recommend her (and her husband’s) services wholeheartedly. Thanks so much!

We are very happy with our choice to rent this Motor Home. Jessica was very friendly, easy to deal with, and was more than accommodating. The Motor Home itself was spotlessly clean and very well stocked. There was nothing more that we needed as Jessica had thought of everything, even the coffee machine. Great 9 days on Vancouver Island

Keep in mind this unit is older and very well used. There were many somewhat minor issues like the glove compartment hangs open (will not stay closed) which is annoying for the passenger while traveling, there is no effective privacy curtain for the front window and they want you to put the used toilet paper in a garbage can to avoid clogging the toilet (due to a water pressure issue), this is not something we were aware of until picking up the unit. There were also some easy fix issues that were brought up with the owners that hopefully they have rectified for the next renters. Overall not terrible, but we would not rent this particular unit again. Jessica was great and flexible though, no issues with the owners.

First time in an RV, and it is something that is not for me. Jessica was very approachable and a lovely host. There were a few maintenance issues, but with it being an older RV, that is expected I was told. I have a very sensitive sense of smell and the pungent overuse of Febreeze in the RV upon arrival was overwhelming. It took at least 24hours to air it out. For RV enthusiasts, this is likely a wonderful option to take your dogs on vacation around Vancouver Island. Enjoy.
