Katy is really helpful. She even checked on us multiple times during our trip to make sure if we need anything or having any problems. For first time campers or even experienced, this is a ready to go trailer camp. Everything you need for camping is in there. Clean, functional and well cared for. We rented John’s RoadTrek for a 2 week excursion to Thunder Bay and had a great experience with this vehicle. The vehicle worked very well and John was great to deal with. The instructional videos John provides and John’s quick responses to the couple of small questions we did have made the experience very positive. We highly recommend.

Excellent hosts, perfect little trailer for a road trip! Hosts answered questions quickly and were very understanding when we left a small mark on the trailer (whoops, accidents happen). Very flexible on pickup and drop off, trailer had basics on board. Would definitely rent from them again but this has inspired us to get our own trailer!
