Kakabeka Falls Provincial Park is a stunning 500-hectare natural environment park located along Highway 11/17 in Northwestern Ontario, just west of Thunder Bay. The park's centrepiece is Kakabeka Falls, a breathtaking 40-metre waterfall and the second highest in Ontario, surrounded by a boardwalk that offers panoramic views of the falls and ancient gorge. The Kaministiquia River here follows the historic route of the Voyageurs and exposes ancient fossils at the base of the falls, adding rich geological and cultural significance to every visit. With 174 campsites — including 90 electrical hookups and 27 RV pull-through sites — the park is well-equipped for RV travellers.
