A note from the host: Arrive, unpack and relax—we deliver, set up and retrieve the RV for you. This is a delivery-only rental. Renters do not tow, move or reposition the trailer. Delivery involves much more than transporting the RV to the campground. A two-person crew is required to safely prepare and hitch the 32-foot Keystone Hornet, complete the necessary towing checks, guide it into the campsite, and position it correctly. The service includes: preparing and securing the trailer for travel; two-person hitching and safety checks; delivery to the approved campsite; backing, positioning, levelling and stabilizing the RV; connecting available electrical, water and sewer services; checking and setting up the propane system; pre-cooling the refrigerator before delivery; leaving the refrigerator operating, with ice ready in the freezer; returning at the end of the rental to disconnect, prepare and retrieve the trailer. Campsite access, dimensions and suitability must be confirmed before the booking is finalized. Difficult access, unusually tight sites or locations outside the regular delivery area may require an additional charge. We take care of the towing and setup so that you can arrive, unpack and begin enjoying your stay.

My co-host, Jaimini, brings a different and complementary skill set to this project. She will serve as the primary host and spokesperson, and can add her own introduction below. As for me, I am a retired high-school physics, chemistry, and philosophy teacher with more than three decades of teaching experience. Much of my professional life involved laboratory work, technical problem-solving, and teaching Ontario’s Principles of Technology courses. I have always been interested in how complex systems and their individual sub-systems work together, whether in a classroom laboratory, a vehicle, or an RV. That perspective has become especially useful in preparing this RV. Over the past summer, I have worked through the many small but important details that make an RV dependable and comfortable: water systems, electrical supply, batteries, charging, appliances, storage, heating, and the practical routines that make travel easier for guests. The RV is well suited to visitors who want the convenience of established parks with water and electrical amenities. At the same time, one of my recent interests has been developing its off-grid capability. I have been steadily improving the power and water systems so that guests can have greater flexibility for quieter, more independent stays when appropriate. Our goal is to provide more than simply a place to sleep. We want guests to have a clean, practical, well-understood RV experience, supported by clear instructions, thoughtful preparation, and a genuine appreciation for the outdoor spaces they have come to enjoy.
