It has a bathroom with a stand-up shower, sink, and toilet. Also a TV/DVD player with a mix of DVDs to watch. Sleeps six and is a very clean, bright, and well maintained. Comes with a small portable BBQ and a five-pound propane tank, water hose, extension cord. Cleaning supplies will be available for use as we would like our unit to return in the same clean condition as it left or if you don't feel like this is a chore for you, cleaning is available starting at $60 and up depending on the returned condition. There will be a $50 per hour late pick-up fee, so please plan to be on time. Hitch weight is 450 pounds so this unit is easily towed ( with brake controls ) So just pack whatever food and snacks you want plus toiletries, blankets, or sleeping bags as we supply sheets, bring your clothing and enjoy your next RV adventure. No climbing on the roof. NO smoking in the camper! A $200 cleaning fee will apply! If you choose to empty tanks and don’t there will be a $150 charge
