Enjoy your next camping trip in this brand new, easy to tow trailer! This great little trailer is 16’ long and easily towed by an SUV or half ton truck. We provide a hitch and sway bars to ensure easy towing. This camper sleeps 2 people on the bed and 1 child can sleep on the couch! Pet friendly so go ahead and bring your fur babies with you. The kitchen has a gas stove top, a fridge/freezer, and a microwave. The fridge can run off either propane or electric. The bathroom has a shower with a small bath tub and a toilet. The dining table folds down into the large double size bed. You can put the 10’ awning out easily with the press of a button. Under the awning is an LED light strip so you can have some outdoor light at night. The awning has speakers on it, which connect to the audio system inside the camper. The audio system is Bluetooth and can play from speakers inside and/or outside the camper. There is plenty of storage room in the camper for your belongings! We provide a small and medium pot, a pan, and some marshmallow sticks, and a few cleaning supplies such as Lysol wipes, windex, paper towel, and dish soap with the trailer. We also provide a few camping chairs and linens for the bed. There is A/C and a furnace, both work very well! The camper comes with a solar panel that easily connects to the battery to make any off grid camping trips easier! The solar panel does a great job of keeping the battery charged. The fresh water tank holds 10 gals of water and will be full when you pick the trailer up. There is a water heater with hot water as well. The propane tank holds 20lbs, will be filled before pickup. I ask that the septic tank is emptied and the propane bottle is refilled upon returning the trailer. If you do not want to do this, please see my add ons to prepay for septic emptying and propane refill so you do not have to do it. If you do not prepay and it is not done upon return, a $50 septic and a $30 propane fee will be charged. We include: - 1 roll of RV toilet paper (there is an add on for a 4 pack of toilet paper you can purchase so I will get it for you before your trip, if not please purchase more if needed) - 2 camping chairs - 4 plates, 4 bowls, 4 cups - juice pitcher - a few pots and pans - cutting board - BBQ lighter - some basic cooking utensils (spatula, flipper, peeler, etc) - hot dog roasting sticks - cleaning supplies & dish soap - linens for the bed ($10 laundry fee) - paper plates and plastic utensils *I do not supply reusable utensils so please bring your own if you need them* No smoking in the camper please. A fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking in the trailer. Pick up & drop off just east of sundre off highway 27. This 22 foot Prowler will sleep 6 comfortably and 7 if need be. There is a bed in the back with an upper bunk, the table makes into a bed for 2 and the couch also unfolds for 2 more. Comes equipped with a new awning, freshly renovated interior, large fridge with separate freezer, microwave, 4 burner stove, oven, toilet & tub with shower. There are two 100 watt solar panels mounted on the roof to keep the batteries charged for extended off grid camping, along with a 3000 watt inverter. There is usb charging for your phone and devices. The forced air furnace will keep you warm on the chilly nights, all windows have screens. No a/c in this unit. There is an outside quick connect propane line for an outside stove which can be included. We try to equip the unit with what you’ll need for a fun time camping, including wiener sticks, folding table for outside use, outdoor RV mat, & other necessities. We have a 2100 watt quiet generator that can be included as well. Our unit is pet friendly, no smoking allowed inside the unit. This unit is delivery only.

Our cozi trailer has been part of our family for 6 years now. We love to take our boys and furry friend out every weekend in the summer and have even taken it to parties in the winter for an extra "hotel on wheels" There is an outdoor kitchen, and an awning, bunk beds in the back and a U-shaped kitchen table to sit at. There is a full bathroom, with a tub and shower. extras included are toys and sporting goods, fun outdoor games, camp chairs if needed, a shelter tent if needed and a generator can be added on for extra power. Propane tank included at an extra charge to fill it. Brand new batteries, and new tires. New storage rack added to the back for extra space. could be used for a bicycle, or jerry cans, bbq, or storage container. Winter camping also available with no water or toilet use. We prefer to deliver the camper to locations within 100 km.. but towing it yourself is also an option if you have the right capacity to do so. Dry weight is listed, but with it packed with a few of our things, expect it to be more.
