A comfortable, well maintained trailer, with everything you need for a weekend away, or longer fun filled escapes, weather you're a couple, a small group or a family. This traveling home away from home, can comfortably sleep 6 larger adults or a mixed clan of adults and smaller kids, up to 10 people. The large dinette slide-out provides for a specious living area with comfortable seating, dining and entertainment space. Our beautiful "Land Yacht" is also pet friendly and thoroughly cleaned between each rental. For your added convenience and enjoyment. Additional items supplied free of charge and not listed under the "amenities section", we include the following. -Dishes, (plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, large bowls) -Cooking pots and pans (for indoor use only) -Cutlery and cooking utensils, indoor and BBQ -Blender "for sunset cocktail hour" -Keurig coffee maker, also a stove top kettle if you didn't bring coffee pods -Supply of toilet paper (suitable for black water tank "in moderation") -Ice cube trays -Basic cleaning supplies (Spray cleaners, dish soap, household wipes, trash bags, broom, paper towels (2 rolls), grill cleaning spray) -Marsh mellow/Hotdog camp fire holders. The slide just inside the door to the left features a counter area with overhead storage, a microwave oven, three burner range, and refrigerator. The kitchen island in the center of the space features a double kitchen sink for easy cleanup as well as two outlets. There is also a pantry nearby for storing dry goods. A newly renovated slide out features a butcher block harvest table with modular seating, updated lighting, a new sofa and an updated colour scheme. The space is perfect for seating everyone inside. There is plenty of room to enjoy meal time, board games, a place to talk and hang out, or for watching television from the nearby swivel TV entertainment center with an additional Blu-ray player that can also be viewed from inside the front bedroom. Nice spacious 2022 fifth wheel trailer with lots of room for the family to go out on adventures with. This camper is equipped with a full bathroom near the rear and a ensuite off the master. The back end has a bunkhouse with two cot style beds and a futon that turns into a double. In the common area you will find a kitchen dinette style table and another futon that convert to more sleeping space. TV onto of fireplace with blu-ray and a collection of dvds as well. Outside there is an outdoor kitchen as well as a outdoor shower to the side. We have a large outdoor carpet for under the awning. Enjoy the fireplace of a cold damp night or after a long day of hiking sit in the ac to cool down. This is luxury camping at best. An adorable kitchen and dinette area that also can transform to extra sleep space. It's large enough to not be cramped but small enough to find a campsite to visit. We are located close to Lake huron and many campsites options as well as provincial parks. Also a great option for wedding weekends and family reunions.
