The trailer has dbl bunks and a bedroom with a queen size bed. If you cannot tow the trailer we have you covered. We can deliver the trailer to you or take it directly to the campground for set up and tear down. We also provide training and helpful step by step instructions for the entire unit. This trailer is nicely sized, easy to tow with a medium sized suv or small truck. Trailer does have brakes and requires appropriate brake controller. Power tip awning makes camping in the rain or hot sun more comfortable. Blu tooth radio. Comfortable queen sized bed. This trailer is great in a provincial park, but small enough to park in a driveway or yard for family get togethers. Two 100watt solar panels make boondocking much more comfortable (most features operate on battery or propane, no hydro required)

Outdoor Kitchen, with bar fridge, and running water. Electric awning. Cutlery, bowls, plates,mugs, cups, pans, and pots included. BBQ, and Keurig include, will need to bring your own K cups. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or pets. WILL ONLY DELIVER. Will completely set up trailer, and explain all the trailers features when the trailer is dropped off. There is 3 single beds, and a pullout couch, which is a double, in the bunk room. The table turns into double, and the pullout couch is a double, in the main part of the trailer.The master bedroom has a queen. If trailer isn’t hooked up directly to sewer, and water, I am available to come and dump the septic, and fill water tank if the sewer gets full, or the water becomes empty. There will be a charge, the charge will be based on how far the trailer is. I’m pretty flexible for times on the weekends.
