The sofa and kitchen table folds down to make beds as well.Comfortably sleeps 8, a luxurious master bedroom with queen size bed, full bathroom and roomy shower. 2 Slide outs to provide even more lounging room while camping. A completely stocked full kitchen including all utensils, cookware, and Keurig coffee machine. This is a non-smoking RV rental with no exceptions. Don't forget to check out list of Add Ons to help make your adventure even more comfortable and enjoyable. The RV will be rented out with a full gas tank and empty grey and black tanks. The RV must be returned with a full tank of gas, cleaned, and empty grey and black tanks. However, for your convenience, we do provide cleaning and dumping as an add-on fee upon return. All of our campers are fully cleaned and Sanitized to CDC standards prior to Rental. There will be a $100 addition cleaning fee upon return, ONLY if the camper is not returned in the same clean condition as Rented. There will be a $200 Dump fee charged upon return ONLY if the Gray and Black tanks are Not Dumped Prior to return of the Camper.

Hi! Just got a camper last year and am only using a few times a year so figured why not share it! It’s small but mighty! Only used a couple times so feels brand new! Comes with camping chairs and and linens for the queen Murphy bed. As well as odds and ends like picnic table covers, plastic wear, paper plates and paper towels.

Let me tell you all about our camper: - For optimal comfort, the max this camper can house up to 4 adults. Smaller children may be able to share the smaller convertible twin beds - 26 feet long camper - Private bedroom with queen bed- Can sleep up to two adults - 2 additional convertible beds (sofa and table) - we would highly suggest either 1 adult per these beds OR 2 small children per these convertible beds. We would NOT suggest 2 adults to share the convertible beds for comfort reasons.
