From the very beginning, the communication was excellent—always prompt, clear, honest, and helpful with everything we needed to know. We had an amazing time! The RV was in excellent condition, very well maintained, and incredibly clean. Everything was exactly as described, which made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Jing Ma was also very attentive and always available by phone whenever we had a question or needed any help. You can really tell that she cares about providing a great experience for her guests. We truly enjoyed our time and would absolutely rent from her again. Highly recommended! Thank you so much, Jing Ma, for everything!
Wonderful trailer, very comfy beds and amazing hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Jordan and the RV were great! Jordan was super accommodating and helpful and easy to work with. If we had any questions or concerns with the RV he was quick to reply and was very helpful. The RV was clean and the outdoor stove top was a great bonus. We also really appreciated how many perks came with the RV (chairs, axe, broom, kitchen supplies, etc.) it was also a pleasant surprise that the RV came with a TV that we could connect our tech to. All in all it was a great experience!
Kristy's trailer was perfect for camping in Kananaskis. Fully equipped and delivered on time.

Chris and Andrea were excellent hosts. Their RV was in excellent condition, prepared with all the necessities we needed like fuel, water, bed sheets and towels plus they had a very nice welcome package for us. They both stayed in constant communication with us for any questions and made sure we had everything needed. As first time RV renters, they even provided an extremely thorough YouTube video explaining how everything works, in advance, plus a printed guide of the same within the RV. This put our minds at ease on how to properly operate everything and ensure it stays in the same condition upon return. We took the RV through 4 National Parks and about 20 different hikes without issue. Very satisfied and would love to return again some day!
