Andre was great to work with. No issues at all.
Hosts are vey friendly and accommodating. I would have given 5 stars however both the grey water tanks and black water tank had not been emptied from the previous renters. I had to hit the dump station before AND after my trip. It was also identified upon pickup that the previous guests connnected the fresh water hose to the black water flush hose rendering the fresh hose and pressure regulator useless. I had to use my hose and stop to buy a new pressure regulator on the way to my destination. The hosts were super helpful when I realized I had the wrong hitch ball size and allowed me to use theirs Overall the trailer is in good shape, everything works well and it is kept tidy and organized. Lots of useful appliances! (The ice maker is a savior!) Would definitely rent their trailer again.
