Batman's Family Fun!

Batman is a 2019 Forest River/Cherokee Grey Wolf awaiting your family fun adventures! Batman joined our growing family as a great way to explore and get away; comfortably sleeping a family of 8 (2 adults and 6 kids), or 6 adults, or up to a family of 10 (pending age/size of children). As you enter Batman, you'll see a TV and a stereo with surround sound inside and outside of the trailer. Both are sitting over the gas fireplace that ignites with just a simple switch and click. Directly in front of the entryway door is a love seat sofa that folds into a sleeping space for 1-2 people (our 2 toddlers sleep great on this). To the right of the entryway, you will see a "master bedroom" with sliding doors for privacy, including a queen size bed and plenty of storage space for clothes and personal belongings, including under the bed storage. There are charger ports on both sides of the bed for your sound machine, fan, phone, tablet, etc. To the left of the entryway is the spacious kitchen with large sink, plenty of counter space, 3-pot stove top, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. To the right of the kitchen area is a pantry/storage closet. Across from the pantry is the dining table that can convert into a full-comparable bed with storage drawers underneath. At the back of Batman you'll find a double bunk bed with a privacy curtain. Each bunk can sleep 2 people. However, the top bunk has a max weight capacity of 150lbs. The bathroom also has a door to the outside of the trailer for easy access when enjoying the outdoors. On the outside of Batman you will find plenty of under carriage storage space, storage rack at the back, an outdoor kitchen including a wash station, ice machine, double stove top, and 2nd refrigerator. There is a hose attached to the outdoor wash statiom that can be used for an outdoor sink/shower/rinse off. The awning expands, providing great shaded coverage as you enjoy the sound system (by bluetooth or Aux connection) that is connected to the indoor stereo. Return it how you received it. Clean! 2. No pets/animals; no exceptions. If a pet is in the trailer, there will be a $500 cleaning fee applied and your account will be reported to RV Ezy for not abiding this rule. 3.Use only the toilet paper provided as it is septic safe; NO flushable wipes or feminine products. Black amazon brand baggies are hanging on the toilet paper roll for disposing of feminine products in a discreet manner. 4. Awning should not be used when it is windy as damage can occur. Do not leave the awning up overnight or while gone. 5. If there's any issues, please communicate with us. 6. Have fun and enjoy yourself! Time is limited so don't stress the little things. 7. For delivery: Batman will be fully connected upon completion of delivery. 8. We kindly request no dry camping unless you have experience doing so. This is an approval basis only, so please ask during your booking request. Should the approval be given, the expectation is to return the trailer with all tanks emptied. --------------- OPTIONAL rental items for additional fee (Must request minimum of 2 days in advance.) Stress Free, Do it for Me $160 - As described below we will include the following: Linens, towels, outdoor rug, ice chest and propane tanks. Linens $30 - We will have the beds made and extra linens for the sofa sleeper and dinette sleeper. (pillows not included) Towels $15 - 2 kitchen, 6 shower, and 6 pool/beach. $2 for each additional towel requested. Outdoor rug $20 - Outdoor RV rug. Place at the steps to limit the dirt coming inside. Ice Chest $20 - Coleman 62qt rolling ice chest. 2 Propane tanks $100 - Tanks full and connected, ready to use.
