Von was very helpful and responsive. The RV was nice and for the most part worked really well. Was clean and a good size and easy to use. There were a few issues like the locks sticking on the front door made us very cautious to lock the door as we were worried we wouldn't be able to unlock it. The locks on the outdoor TV were also stuck and we couldn't actually open it. The ad says that bed linens are included, but we were told after booking that if we use blankets it is an extra charge. It would also be nice if the RV was stocked with some essentials. I asked if there was equipment to cook with and I was told yes, so I didn't bring anything with me, but there were only pots and pans (no spatula or cooking utensils, cutting board, knifes, mixing bowls etc). There were disposable plates and cutlery but no cups or anything else. No coffee machine, toaster etc. The freezer worked but had a horrible smell. Overall we had a nice time and the RV was great, but better communication on the fact there nothing is provided and that you have to bring absolutely everything with you would have been helpful.
