Communication
The RV served us well during the trip and was comfortable for our family. Communication with the owner was quick and friendly. He mentioned that he had an issue with the previous return and didn’t have time to do a full cleaning, which explains part of the cleanliness concerns. Still, a few simple maintenance details could be improved. With a bit more attention to preparation, the experience could be excellent.
Communication was good with Brennan. Pick-up and drop-off were easy.
I guess that RV would need some love.
