Paul was so good at explaining everything about the RV to us upon pick up. He was very patient and thorough. Travelling by RV is amazing. We had heat when it was cold, and a roof when it poured rain! We drove directly to the trailheads first thing in the morning to get a parking spot and then cooked our breakfast in the RV before beginning our hikes. Travelling by RV is a great way to travel. We will definitely travel this way again.

Julia was extremely kind and helpful. She gave us a full tour of the RV and how to use every amenity, how to dump and how to refill with fresh water. She even went out of her way to grab more blankets for us when we got concerned about being too cold at night. The RV was up to date and very clean, and Julia was very flexible with drop off and pick up times. If you have any concerns about cleanliness, attentiveness, flexibility and communication - I would like to reassure anyone that our needs were met during this trip. Would definitely recommend.
