The unit has been well taken care of, and is in mint shape. The RV has a full slide as one of the pictures shows. We are located close to the airport, approximately 15 to 20 minutes. The unit is compact, making it easy to maneuver. Bedding, linens, pots, pans, dishes and utensils will supplied. You will also have a folding table and chairs for outdoor leisure. I will be adding more items as we get closer to summer. Rental, there is a 6 day minimum
