We were very satisfied with this RV and had a great experience overall. The host was very patient and took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know before the trip. He was also very responsive to messages and always replied quickly. Pickup and drop-off were both smooth and right on time. The RV was very clean, well maintained, and surprisingly easy to drive. We really enjoyed our trip and would definitely rent from this host again. Highly recommended!
Arnold was very easy to communicate with to set up pick up and drop off, and gave a great demo on the trailer set up/take down and explained all key things. The trailer was clean, and comfortable. There is more wear on the trailer than the photos depict, but it didn't change our experience one bit! Would rent it again and especially from Arnold! He's a great host!

He was amazing with communication and very punctual with drop off and pick up of the unit. The unit itself was immaculate with all the comforts of home. An excellent first RV travel experience. It was my first time driving an RV, and I adapted well within a day. Banff was already below zero at night—very cold—but the heater set to 75°F worked perfectly, automatically turning on and keeping the interior warm throughout the night. We used about 18–19 liters of gasoline per 100 kilometers. Hooking up to municipal water and electricity was very convenient. Cooking with propane was also easy, and there were plenty of kitchen utensils; it would be perfect if we had a better chef's knife. The RV was well-maintained, clean, and all systems ran smoothly. If given the chance, I’d definitely contact Chris’s family again!

Chris and Andrea were absolutely unreal! This was our first time visiting Canada and our first time travelling in an RV, so we had a million questions — and they were incredibly helpful from start to finish. They delivered the RV to us and took the time to answer all our questions, making sure we felt comfortable and ready for our adventure. The RV itself was absolutely wonderful and came with everything we could possibly need for our 14-day trip. We travelled through the Canadian Rockies with the perfect home on wheels, and it made our trip even more special.
