2004 Kustom Koach Travel TrailerWe had a fantastic experience renting Crystal’s trailer and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the Hinton/Jasper area. We stayed for one night as a stopping point between Edmonton and Jasper, which allowed us to break up the drive and get an early start into the Rockies the following morning. It worked out perfectly for our family. Crystal made the whole experience incredibly easy. She delivered the trailer to the campground and had everything completely set up for us when we arrived, including an outdoor mat and five camping chairs — one for each of us. She even went above and beyond by providing a s’mores kit, popcorn, and roasting sticks for the kids, which was such a thoughtful surprise and made our evening around the campfire even more enjoyable. The trailer itself was perfect for what we needed. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and we all slept really well. The temperature inside was comfortable throughout the evening, and the thermostat worked exactly as it should. Having the trailer delivered and picked up for us was also incredibly convenient, especially since we were travelling from Ontario and bringing our camping gear on the train wasn’t practical. Crystal was extremely friendly, helpful, and prompt with all of her communication. She made everything straightforward from start to finish, and getting this kind of experience for the very reasonable price we paid was absolutely worth it. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly rent from Crystal again in the future. If you’re considering renting from her, I highly recommend it!

2025 Coleman Travel TrailerAnton was great to deal with and very accommodating. 3 nights with no services and the we had no issues with the trailer battery life. We were able to use the lights when we needed and charge our phones and watches and it stayed at 100%. Trailer was delivered and ready to go as agreed on. Will definitely look at renting again in the future.

The RV was compact and comfortable for a family of 3 or 4. It was the first time we were using a RV and there were no issues. Anton went through the details thoroughly. He parked and set up the RV in a way that gave us enough space in the campground. We requested an earlier checkout and he readily agreed to it. It was a very good experience overall.
