An excellent first RV travel experience. It was my first time driving an RV, and I adapted well within a day. Banff was already below zero at night—very cold—but the heater set to 75°F worked perfectly, automatically turning on and keeping the interior warm throughout the night. We used about 18–19 liters of gasoline per 100 kilometers. Hooking up to municipal water and electricity was very convenient. Cooking with propane was also easy, and there were plenty of kitchen utensils; it would be perfect if we had a better chef's knife. The RV was well-maintained, clean, and all systems ran smoothly. If given the chance, I’d definitely contact Chris’s family again!

Chris and Andrea were absolutely unreal! This was our first time visiting Canada and our first time travelling in an RV, so we had a million questions — and they were incredibly helpful from start to finish. They delivered the RV to us and took the time to answer all our questions, making sure we felt comfortable and ready for our adventure. The RV itself was absolutely wonderful and came with everything we could possibly need for our 14-day trip. We travelled through the Canadian Rockies with the perfect home on wheels, and it made our trip even more special. Chris and Andrea are two of the nicest, most trustworthy people, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent an RV. Wow what a week in the Rockies with Boaz. We had a fab time traveling around - a holiday like no other. We had everything we needed in the van & for the trip. Mike and Rebecca were so friendly and helpful and we were given a complete tour & guide by Mike when we arrived. You could be set up for weeks/ months in this van! Thank you so much. Rebecca and Mike's van was fully equipped with everything we needed for 5 amazing days of exploring Banff and Kananaskis, including plenty of water, gas, power and even park passes. Our check in with Mike was really comprehensive and reassuring as first time camper vans users. The van was warm and cozy each night. Cannot recommend highly enough!

How to get to Bow Valley Provincial Park
Bow Valley Provincial Park is located 25 kilometers east of Canmore, Alberta, accessible via Highway 1 heading east. From Calgary International Airport (roughly 80 kilometers west), drive time is approximately one hour via the Trans-Canada Highway, exiting at Dead Man Flats. The main park road west of Middle Lake closes from mid-October through April 30 for seasonal road restrictions. Standard vehicles handle the paved roads well, but RVers should note that some park roads have rough surfaces and potholes, making careful maneuvering necessary for larger motorhomes.
