The van had everything we needed, was very comfortable, and has an attractive interior. The refrigerator has lots of room, the kitchen is well-equipped with cooking tools and spices, the bed is very comfortable, and the water gets hot quickly. Myriam is a great communicator, very organized, and coordination with her is easy and pleasant. She made sure we had all the proper paperwork for the van for crossing the border between Quebec and Vermont. After returning the van, she even gave us a ride to the train station (and shared the train schedule with us ahead of time), which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend renting this van for your road trip or camping trip!
