Le propriétaire (Daniel Lajoie) est excessivement disponible au moment de la mise en route autant qu’au retour. Toutes les questions ont été répondues avec détails et gentillesse. Daniel est resté disponible à distance en cas de besoin malgré un réseau défaillant pour lui et une activité familiale en fin de semaine. Le van est en excellent état et révisé entre chaque location. Propreté impeccable, petits détails agréables à disposition (épices pour la cuisine, papier WC en quantité suffisante,…), il est super bien équipé et très agréable à conduire. Stabilité du véhicule impressionnante malgré la hauteur. L’expérience a été un charme de bout en bout et je recommande ce propriétaire à 150%. Même le chien s’est fait son coin dans le garage avec confiance ! Bref une note À+ avec excellence en tout cas
Le vr était parfait pour nos vacances en famille à 3 avec bébé. Pascal répondait rapidement. Le van était propre, bien équipé et moderne. Très belle expérience !

This is the perfect travel van for those of us new to rv camping as it drives very well/easily. We camped for a long weekend with a 10 month old and it couldnt be easier. Were able to set up the pack and play in the bottom and we slept in the pop up. The furnace works really well with a thermostat function so we could set it and forget about it. Toilet helped us keep away from the portapotties and didnt smell. And the insulated van kept out the noise at night (at a festival) and helped keep us slightly cooler during the day. Would rent again! 11/10. Brad explained how to use everything in the van thoroughly and was available to answer questions during the trip (which we didn't have any due to his walkthrough). Brad and Dawn were both very responsive through the whole process and it's evident they love this van because it is so well kept and very very clean.
May is a wonder-host paying attention to details, as a first time RVer she explained everything really clearly helping us to get an awesome experience. Thoughtfully she added extra perks to compensate for the slight imperfections on the RV the day before. Really enjoyed the trip.
Fantastic trip! Grace was amazing and very thorough. It was a trip to heal, contemplate and be with nature. I will never forget...
