Eric was very was quick & responsive when we needed help as we were newbie RV’ers. The trailer was brand new and had a great mattress in the “master”. We loved the outdoor kitchen feature and the awning! It came equipped with everything we needed. I would recommend a ladder for easier access to the the top bunk bed.
