Very nice trailer sleeps 9 ideal for family with children they have they're own little lounge at the back including 4 bunk bed and one of the bed turns in a little table for two there’s one tv in the main space a nice comfy couch that turns in a double bed and table that folds down also in a double bed and then the master bedroom with a queen size bed We include a big outdoor rug so u dont have to walk in gravel coming out theres also an outdoor fridge, so handy to use for drinks theres also a outdoor propane burner supplied by camper we supply dishes pots and pans that you must clean we are not responsible to clean dishes when you come back please theres also some nice cozy led under the awning keeps a good vibe on those late nights out around the bonfire there is an extra 50ft extension because hose and sewer line all inclusive obviously again you are responsible to dump waste unless specified otherwise we can go dump it once its returned at a set fee we are providing a nice clean camper and expect it to be brought back the same way other then vaccuum and cleaning floors and bathroom the rest should be put back in place and cleaned theres also outdoor games like bocce, washer toss , bean bag toss, included and we usually leave some kids toys to play in sand and such. we do not offer pickup and delivery we are too busy to deal with that so you must arrange your pickup and delivery services yourself if you do not wish to tow it on your own very easily towable with a 1/2 ton and i supply hitch sway bar and torsion bars for better stability and comfort on the road
