    Ross is a true professional with his business. He was attentive and responded very quickly. Unfortunately he treats this a little too business like. There were absolutely no pots, pans, knives, forks. I’m renting a trailer because I don’t want to bring all those things. As well , Ross could use some customer service training with respect to feedback. Any feedback we provided was met with “I’ve never had that happen” or “I’ve never had anyone ask that.” Take the feedback with a smile and acknowledge the people who just put money in your pocket. All in all, Ross is not a bad host. I personally wouldn’t rent from him again, but that’s me.

    We rented an RV from Ross, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The RV was extremely well equipped, very clean, and clearly well maintained, which made our trip comfortable and stress-free. Everything we needed was already there, and it was easy to get settled in right away. Ross was also great to deal with, making the whole rental process smooth and pleasant. I would definitely recommend renting from Ross and would be happy to rent from him again.
