About Ross

The host was excellent to work with. He arrived on time and had everything fully set up before we arrived, which made the start of our trip seamless. Communication was great throughout the rental, and he was very flexible with our pickup time when we needed to arrive a little later than planned. The RV was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as expected. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily rent from Ross again. The RV he provided was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. You could tell he really cares about the quality of his service and the experience of his customers. We had a great trip. Thank goodness for the air conditioning, It was a really hot weekend. Having the trailer set up with a cold fridge and cool inside upon arrival was amazing.

Ross is a true professional with his business. He was attentive and responded very quickly. Unfortunately he treats this a little too business like. There were absolutely no pots, pans, knives, forks. I’m renting a trailer because I don’t want to bring all those things. As well , Ross could use some customer service training with respect to feedback. Any feedback we provided was met with “I’ve never had that happen” or “I’ve never had anyone ask that.” Take the feedback with a smile and acknowledge the people who just put money in your pocket. All in all, Ross is not a bad host. I personally wouldn’t rent from him again, but that’s me.
