We had a few issues along the way, but dealing with Joe was definitely not one of them, he was right there to answer any questions. and was very understanding at the end of the trip about a few things that had happened. The issues that we did have were discussed and dealt with.

Everything from booking the RV, picking it up, bringing it to the campsite and drop off was seamless and we had a great time in the bus! It had all the amenities listed and more, they included a lot of knickknacks in the drawers which was a nice touch as well as a little welcome gift for us, which we really appreciated. The bus had power the entire time and it was pet friendly, which was great for our two pups. Thank you Leah and Brandon for everything! Would rent again!
